Our Medical secretarial staff are qualified and highly trained to deal with any enquiries you may have regarding your health care.
They act on Doctor's instructions - when phoning for medical attention they may ask you for some medical details that the doctor or clinicians will need to know.
These details will help the receptionist to direct your query to the correct person accurately.
They can also advise you on the range of services that are available.
